if you cannot reduce -
then reuse!
WASTEWATER CHARACTERISTICS
The textile industry raises global environmental concerns, including water
pollution from untreated wastewater and toxic chemical use. Wastewater
carries harmful impurities, posing health and environmental risks.
However, if properly processed, it could be a source of water, nutrients,
and organic matter for soil.
The implementation of green technologies that can be
considered as “solutions for the future” could significantly
increase water reuse as well as water savings.
SOLUTIONS FOR THE FUTURE
Innovative dyeing processes like digital printing & air
dyeing reduce water and chemical usage.
Adopting technologies like laser finishing & ozone
treatment minimizes water usage in fabric finishing.
Advanced wastewater treatment ensures that water
released from manufacturing facilities reduces
environment pollution.
